The Hampshire Companies inks two lease deals totaling over 42,000 square feet for industrial building in South Hackensack, NJ.

The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $1.5 billion, has announced two lease deals at its industrial building located at 30 Wesley Street in South Hackensack, NJ. The 248,000-square-foot building is a part of the Hampshire Partners Fund VI portfolio, Hampshire's $235 million institutional real estate investment fund.

European Stone Art, a cast stone manufacturer, has leased 27,093 square feet while Wicker Warehouse, a provider of imported wicker furniture, leased 15,000 square feet at the highly desirable location. NAI James E. Hanson's Associate Vice Presidents Jeffrey W. DeMagistris and Thomas A. Vetter and Sales Associates Craig A. Levitan and John B. Aires represented The Hampshire Companies in both transactions.

"While demand to purchase properties is still very high, 30 Wesley's proximity to all of Northern New Jersey's major highways gives the property a strong advantage over other for-lease properties in less prime locations," says Mr. Vetter.
