Teaneck, NJ (PRWEB) April 5, 2007
Seasoned real estate investor and educator, is offering a workshop designed to help less experienced investors achieve success in quick turn real estate. The one-day training session, "Conquer the Fear Factors of Investing in Short Term Real Estate", is being held from 8am to 5pm on Saturday, April 7, 2007 in Teaneck, NJ at the Glenpointe Marriott, 100 Frank W Burr Boulevard. It focuses on helping investors overcome the fears that keep them from moving forward in making real estate offers.
Although "Conquer the Fear Factors of Investing…" addresses an emotion, it is far from a fluff-filled day. The workshop host is Glen Gallucci, "A Seasoned Investor", and he is known for his down-to-earth "tell it like it is" teaching style and is sought after as a real estate speaker around the country. After attending one of Glen's dynamic training sessions, a student said, "His easy-going and charismatic personality makes learning exciting and motivating."
Glen has a long list of credentials that make him an authority worth listening to in the hype-filled world of real estate investing. For starters, he is actively investing in real estate today and is an expert at buying properties, fixing them up and selling them for a profit. He is a well-diversified businessman who has invested in, renovated and built numerous residential and commercial projects during his 30-year career. His expertise ranges from the successful creation of wholesaling and rehabbing businesses all the way to securing private lenders. Glen's annual bus tour of investment properties has been featured on the front page of the real estate section of the New York Times™.
In addition to his own business activities, Glen is actively involved in real estate education. He is an active participant in real estate investing groups through out the region. In one of his most prominent roles, he is the president of the Garden State Real Estate Investors Association (GSREIA) and hosts the Wholesalers and Rehabbers Round Table subgroup for the 800-member organization. Glen is also on the advisory board for the Greater Westchester Real Estate Investors Association (GWREIA).
In all of his real estate-related activities, Glen has noticed a trend among potential investors where there are lots of good intentions and often extensive training yet no deals are happening. In a career that spans three decades he has identified fear as the biggest and most common stumbling block for the newbie investor and he has designed a one-day workshop that effectively conquers this enemy of investing success.
Glen designs his training sessions to be both educational and fun. "Conquer the Fear Factors of Investing in Short Term Real Estate" will be jam-packed with practical information and includes exercises for the participants so they can internalize and retain the material.
In some cases, popular television shows like "Flip This House" can lead to mistaken ideas about real estate investing. To stem the tide of easily preventable investing errors, Glen helps his students develop a workable system for real estate investing that makes sense. He also emphasizes the importance of continuing education and developing a network of professionals that can be relied on for successful completion of real estate deals.
