The move also enables USLegal, the nation's leading online legal forms provider, to continue building its partnership with eLawServices, Inc., a Texas-based company which delivers web based services for legal professionals.

"Texas has one of the largest legal communities in the nation and we are aware that Houston continues to attract national law firms and corporations who seek an active presence in the nation's fourth largest city. Michael Ray, President and founder of eLawServices.

USLegal has named two key hires for its Stafford office.
