A new video service is available for the small real estate agents and agencies in the United States as well as related services in the real estate field. The service features updated National real estate information in a short five-minute news format.
"The best part of this service is that real estate agents can place it on their website for FREE," according to Max Schmidt.
The service will be updated monthly or in accordance with major real estate market news or changes.
With all the large corporations attempting to capture the prospects away from the individual agents, it has become even harder for the average real estate agent to capture a small share of the world wide web market. This is an attempt to give the small real estate agent a reason for their prospects to return to their site on a continuing basis, helping them convert prospects to clients.
The service is available subject to very little restrictions and at no charge to its users. The only thing we ask is that every agent that uses the service become a reporter by submitting articles and reports that apply to the National real estate market. The objective is to build a network of agents which will ultimately result in a co-op.
The NRA markets its Realtor.com arm as a commercial service with sometimes steep fees. Some how the smaller agents and agencies need to form a co-opperative and create value and our own name brand where the agent is the owner, not some corporate conglomerate.
A co-operative is a powerful tool that has met with wonderful success. The Sunkist Growers is a co-operative of farmers. Real estate agents could take back the web from the huge corporations if they would simply pool their resources and start their own major websites, distributing the leads at much lower participation percentages.
