Plugin's are extensions of Integrify's workflow engine that allow for in-process, bi-directional integration with external systems.

The latest plugin's available in Plug-In Central allow customers to do tasks such as integrating with existing databases, ERP software, and catalogs in order to update internal systems. A plugin acts as a task in a process, allowing customers to reduce manual data entry when updating systems or pulling information into a process for use in its workflow.
The Integrify software solution is a flexible Enterprise Request Management (ERM) system that allows companies to automate requests and streamline processes. The software provides form creation, routing definition and tracking tools to those responsible for processing requests, minimizing data entry and simplifying requests for approval and fulfillment. Database Pull Plugin
Customers can add the Database Pull Plugin to their process to pull data gathered from either a HR/Payroll system, data warehouse, or a relational database (i.e. PeopleSoft, SAP, Integrify, etc) into a form within Integrify. This allows customers to define tasks and routing rules based on any piece of data from Integrify or external systems, saving time and effort normally spent reviewing information residing outside a process and performing manual data entry.
HTTP Redirect Plugin
Processes can be configured to present a task that launches a new browser window to a remote or internal URL. This URL can contain parameters and data from the request. For example, if you have a process that involves tracking shipment information, a process could be defined to pick up a tracking ID from a request and present a link to the shippers website with the tracking number in the URL. This would give the user 1-click access to current shipping details.
Web Post Plugin
Customers can configure their processes to post data to a web service as a SOAP message or to a parameterized query string, allowing Integrify to push data to other systems. The result of the post can determine the path of a workflow. For example, at any point in an Integrify process, customers can pass data to an external system (Remedy, Salesforce, SAP, etc). Confirmation of receipt and additional information from the external system can then be passed back to Integrify instantly or on a scheduled basis, which could then spawn additional tasks in the Integrify process.
