"With California facing one of its driest years ever creating an enormous potential for fires, Morra told Garza, "You don't take risks here." Morra told viewers that using No Burn of California's fire retardant will qualify him for discounts on his home mortgage and insurance rates because banks and insurance companies believe it is effective in stopping fires.
