TouchStar today announces bold changes in its management team in support of its future growth. The changes primarily affected three of TouchStar's business units.

Tiffany Kreinbrink is now running TouchStar's Hosted Products division as the President. Tiffany has been with TouchStar for several years as the President of the Collections Division, where she built the division from the ground up. TouchStar has great confidence that Kreinbrink will boost business development for TouchStar's Hosted solutions. Kreinbrink is one of only two TouchStar "President's Award" recipients.

The former Director of the Hosted division, Kyle Fox, has been appointed to Kreinbrink's prior role as the Director of the Collections division. Kyle brings many years of hands-on experience from previously working in the Collections industry; his operational expertise will help maximize customer satisfaction for collections industry clients. Kyle Fox is respected within TouchStar for his strong leadership and relationship skills.

TouchStar also identified the need to expand its Marketing Department to support global growth. To do so, Brian Smits has become the Global Director of Marketing for TouchStar. Smits previously held dual roles as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Americas. Smits' new focus will help TouchStar expand globally by focusing on strategic product marketing, corporate marketing, and lead generation. Smits has been recognized for successfully leading the America's sales team above quota since he arrived, and he recently completed a successful corporate branding update.

Chris Rieple has been promoted to be the Americas Sales Director. Rieple has been contributing as a Sales Manager, and TouchStar has confidence that he will continue to develop the sales team to achieve their goals and drive revenue for the organization.

A new position was also created to support the global sales team. Fred Stacey is now the International Product Manager with a focus on assisting the international sales team with training, materials, and sales support. Stacey's background in sales management, training, and sales engineering, will provide the international team with a solid team member to improve their ability to serve their clients.

Steve Bederman, TouchStar's CEO, commented: "TouchStar is changing globally, dynamically and exponentially to accommodate the growth we've experienced in just a short amount of time. It is an exciting time for us here at TouchStar, as well as for our clients. We are continuing to add products, services and expansion to serve clients around the world. This change in our management structure will improve our ability to meet our growth plan, while continuing to provide world class customer service."

Within two years, TouchStar has grown from 50 employees to over 180 across the globe.
