Chester, PA (PRWEB) April 16, 2007 -- ClassicWines.com, your online guide to classic wines, has launched the first web based video channel that features food and wine pairings and sommelier interviews shot on location. For Season 1, the Classic Wines team has chosen to explore the hottest restaurants of Philadelphia. Hosted by Brian Freedman, an up and coming food and wine writer and educator, these programs show local restaurants and wine personalities as they've never been seen before.

Freedman, a trained sommelier and Philadelphia native, uses his experience as a food and wine critic to bring the flavors to life on film, as well as to conduct informative, revealing interviews with local sommeliers and restaurant professionals.
TheCWM.com also provides a series of videos shot outside the restaurant world. Visitors to the site will be able to discover the various elements of the wine experience at their own pace. From opening a bottle of wine to pairing it with a meal and selecting the appropriate stemware, The Classic Wines Minute offers a wide range of wine videos for wine lovers of all levels.
Through the network of the ClassicWines.com sites, users are able to view original videos on wine, find the lowest available prices for wine on the web, and leave their own tasting notes through the Classic Wines community -- all for free.
Restaurants featured in Season 1 include: Le Bec-Fin, Meritage Philadelphia, Old Original Bookbinder's, D'Angelo's Ristorante, and Glenmorgan Bar & Grill.
Season 1 videos will be released every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at www.TheCWM.com.
