Charlotte, N.C. (PRWEB) April 16, 2007
AccruePartners, a Charlotte, N.C.-based staffing and recruiting firm, today announced that three more recruiters recently received certified staffing professionalTM (CSP) designations from the American Staffing Association (ASA). Heather Devereux, Chris Ballone and Jessica Dailey received their certifications earlier this month.
CSP designation benefits AccruePartners' candidates and clients by assuring them that the company's recruiters have the expertise, experience and training necessary to place the right candidate with the right client. To be eligible for CSP designation, candidates must be an employee of a staffing firm that is an active member of or is eligible to be an active member of the ASA, must agree to uphold the ASA Code of Ethics and Good Practices and must pass an exam. The CSP designation also requires continuing education in order for individuals to maintain their certification.
"We are dedicated to best practices in staffing and recruiting so that we can provide the very best service to our clients and candidates," said Patty Comer, principal partner at AccruePartners. "The CSP certification ensures that our recruiters understand the current industry and have the training necessary."
