BlogTalkRadio Brings Sheryl Crow's Stop Global Warming Tour Online

Allows collegiate activists to participate in the discussion of environmental issues.

(PRWEB) April 16, 2007 -- As Sheryl Crow and Laurie David hit the road on their Stop Global Warming College Tour, BlogTalkRadio is working to extend the dialog with its unique offering -- allowing real-time interaction between collegiate activists over the Internet with other students as well as anyone with an Internet connection who is interested in the issue of climate change.

BlogTalkRadio is inviting students at each campus to organize and host their own live streaming Internet radio show to continue the discussion of these important environmental issues. The live shows will then be archived and downloadable from BlogTalkRadio.com.

BlogTalkRadio is encouraging the student-hosts to focus on their campus and local environmental issues. The student-hosts can take live callers and have unlimited listeners from their campus and around the world. The host channels will remain active online after the event at www.blogtalkradio.com.

The scheduled programs to date are:

  • 4/10 Texas A&M
  • 4/11 Louisiana State University

Upcoming shows include:

  • 4/21 University of Maryland
  • 4/22 George Washington University

Other schools and hosts will be announced soon.
