The Email Measurement Accuracy Coalition (EMAC) will address the inconsistencies currently found in the methods by which various email service providers and agencies measure email marketing key performance indicators such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, click-to-open ratios, and conversion rates.

Justin Foster, WhatCounts' Vice President of Professional Services, will be a founding member of this group comprised of other industry thought leaders and marketing professionals familiar with the challenges brought forth by the lack of measurement consistency in the email marketing industry.
