Full Sail Real World Education will join The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus exhibiting at the 2007 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) show this week in Las Vegas. The Bus will be located inside the Las Vegas Convention Center in the North Hall, Booth #N9437.
The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus is a non-profit, state-of-the-art mobile recording and multimedia studio equipped with the latest technology as well as traditional musical instruments. Since 1998, the Bus has traveled the country year-round, providing free hands-on programs as well as tours of the unique facility, to tens of thousands of students at high schools, colleges, Boys and Girls Clubs, and has been a part of music festivals, concerts and entertainment industry conventions. Working together with some of the biggest names in music, including the Black Eyed Peas, Grateful Dead's Bob Weir, Macy Gray, John Legend, Tim McGraw, and a host of others, the Bus encourages students to play music, write songs, engineer recording sessions and produce music video projects using the latest audio, video, and live sound equipment.
Full Sail, a sponsor of the Bus, also has three Full Sail graduates serving as full-time Recording Engineers who live and work on the Lennon Bus. To celebrate this partnership, Full Sail will be standing alongside the Bus during NAB 2007 to highlight the success of the Bus program, as well as to inform attendees about Full Sail and opportunities in the entertainment media industry.
