Contemporary Christian Singer 'Sarita Miller" Signs Two Year Record Deal

Christian artist Sarita Miller signs with Risen Son Records. "...She (Miller) has obviously been overlooked for some time....." commented Risen Son spokesperson Ruby Hodge.

Brentwood, TN (PRWEB) April 18, 2007 -- Contemporary Christian Artist 'Sarita Miller" signed a two year deal with Florida based Risen Son records last week. The deal is for one album, with the label having an additional two year, second album option.

Miller, also of Florida, released her debut CD in 1997 to much praise. Since then Miller has been singing at churches and special events throughout the southern U.S. Singing since childhood, Miller has been long known by her fan base, for her strong style and wide vocal range.

Risen Son Records spokesperson Ruby Hodge commented on Friday, "Sarita's vocal style and songwriting capabilities have obviously been overlooked for quite some time now. We're very happy to have the opportunity to be working with her."

Thomas McEniry along with Benny Hodge will produce the new effort and comments from McEniry late last week indicate they are "loving what they are hearing."

RSR's other artists include the well selling Christian rock band 'Forgiven 5'. No comment has been made on the street date for the upcoming Sarita Miller release, other than last weeks word from RSR that a single "....should be out by late fall". The label did say the would provide a definite release date in a few weeks.

Full details of the agreement have been somewhat tight lipped, other than Hodge's comment last week that, "Everyone is extremely happy with the arrangement."
