GreenPoint Releases WebCharts3D v5.2
New version offers enhanced charts, maps, gauges and design capabilities.
New York (PRWEB) April 18, 2007 -- GreenPoint today announced the release of version 5.2 of WebCharts3D; a 100% Java data visualization package for rich clients and internet applications. With successful deployments in many of the world's largest financial, insurance, logistics, and telecommunication companies, WebCharts3D provide our users with ability to quickly analyze their data and increase the value of their software while reducing time-to-market. Version 5.2 offers many enhancements including new chart attributes such as line and curve strokes and error bars, new maps and improved gauges.
The new version provides a full-featured plugin for Eclipse that can be used instead of WebCharts3D Designer and offers XML, Java and JSF/JSP/Swing/SWT code generation capabilities along with browser-based chart preview. "With the increased popularity of Eclipse as a development platform we are happy to give our clients an integrated tool that works seamlessly with it and allows them to develop their visualization solutions without leaving the workbench," says Howard Stein, VP of Sales and Marketing of Greenpoint.
In addition, the product now supports two addional formats - VML (Vector Markup Language) and CANVAS tag that allow it to render the charts directly as vector graphics inside the browsers instead of using image generation.
