On-line CD club connects fans of great music with unique, hard-to-find products. Artists benefit from this one-of-a-kind distribution outlet, which gets their music to the fans. Members benefit by receiving great music with little or no effort on their part.

RRC is a music lover's dream, providing an eclectic selection of music delivered right to your door. With the ability to tailor your musical taste by genre or leaving yourself open to the random category, the albums are always a delight and often a surprise, even for those with an abundant collection.

Several recording artists whose albums have been selections for Ronald's Record Club have joined to express their appreciation for what the Club is doing for them as well as for its members.

"We've trudged through the creative wilderness that has become radio programming, we're being turned away from countless record stores that have become spaces for rent ...and now it seems more important than ever to recognize the oases. The places where one can get an agenda-free nudge toward a forgotten musical bounty...some you recognize, some you don't...stuff you didn't even know you were looking for. Definitely, check out Ronald's Record Club. People like me would be in a lot worse shape without people like them." -- Kenny White, NYC-based artist dubbed a "masterful pop/rock songwriter" by American Songwriter.

RRC, the only on-line CD subscription club of its kind, is celebrating three years of pursuing its dual mission of helping quality artists find an audience in what has become an increasingly difficult media and marketing environment while helping music lovers sort through the ever-increasing number of CD releases to find excellent music.

"I totally trust Ronald's knowledge of what 'good music' is. Nowadays, it is becoming harder and harder to find music that touches the heart and soul...I personally can't find it on the radio, and I don't trust what new acts they are marketing in record stores. Ron is passionate about sharing music that he knows has the quality of great melody and great songwriting behind it...music that reaches the heart and soul." -- Kat Goldman, is one of the most exciting emerging Canadian singer-songwriters.

RRC requires no membership fees or term commitment from its members. One simply signs up, chooses a music category and membership level, and then watches their mailbox for monthly or bi-monthly musical surprises to appear. Music categories include "Singer Songwriter", "Jazz and Blues", "World" or "Eclectic" (a combination of all three). Recent selections include Arcade Fire, the Bird and the Bee, Piers Faccini, Keane, Orchestra Baobab, Salif Keita, Brad Mehldau, Gonzalo Rubalcaba and recent reissues of jazz classics for Oscar Peterson, Etta James and others.

"Ronald's Record Club treats music like fine wine...it provides the service of searching and picking only the tastiest varieties for your pleasure. Imagine having someone with years of experience scouting out the best original songwriters in this country's history sending you his favorite picks for your enjoyment!" -- Ana Egge, described by Lucinda Williams as "an exceptional songwriter, listen to the lyrics -- the folk Nina Simone."

RRC is the brainchild of music business veteran Ron Fierstein who has spent over 30 years in the music business, managing artists such as Suzanne Vega, Shawn Colvin and many others. He also launched an independent record label, Plump Records, specializing in singer songwriters including Eric Andersen, Darden Smith, David Massengill and Peter Himmelman.

"What can I say about RRC? It's about time. What a great idea. And who better than Ronald to sniff out notable and worthwhile music? Speaking as an artist, having a record featured by RRC is a thrill, an honor and a much needed shot in the arm. So finally, one must simply say....thank you." -- Rob Morsberger of the NYC-based Robert Secret Band, whose debut CD is featured by RRC.

Despite the growth of digital delivery, the media has recognized that many consumers still prefer to purchase music in a permanent, tangible format. Slate magazine recently reported on the trend and pointed out that 75% of all music sales are still on CD, whether or not the ultimate destination for the music is an iPod or other digital device (http://www.slate.com/id/2162771/). But consumers need help filtering through the morass of releases to find the best music, and that's where RRC provides a very valuable service.

"RRC is a music lover's dream, providing an eclectic selection of music delivered right to your door. With the ability to tailor your musical taste by genre or leaving yourself open to the random category, the albums are always a delight and often a surprise, even for those with an abundant collection." -- Lisa Slowik (Phila., PA), a satisfied customer.
