The International Alliance of Holistic Lawyers has invited author and speaker, Constance d'Angelis to present The Seven Laws of Peaceful Solutions at their annual conference to be held May 3rd through 6th, 2007, in Asheville, North Carolina. Constance's presentation will take place on May 5th.
The article, The 7 Laws of Peaceful Solutions, was published by Science of Mind magazine in its November 2006 edition. The Seven Laws of Peaceful Solutions: A Practical Guide to Finding Peace in the Living Room and the Court Room, is the name of her new book, which will be available later this year.
The 7 Laws of Peaceful Solutions became clear to Constance as a result of her involvement as co-counsel in the highly publicized Terry Schiavo case. These laws are based on the premise that peace or conflict begins within individuals and groups such as families, communities and countries. The symptoms or outward projections of discord show up in physical and mental disease, victimization, violence and war.
The 7 laws consist of the Laws of Unity, Perception, Cause and Effect, Alignment, Mental Attention, Gratitude and Redemption. "The 7 Laws construct a matrix of support that enables one to choose peace, harmony and win/win results. Choosing peace does not mean giving up or giving in, and peace is not for cowards. It takes courage to opt for peace over fighting," says the author.
Author, Constance d'Angelis, is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University, College of Law, and her Bachelor of Science cum laude from the University of Toledo.
