Q4B Expands Recruitment Operations Center
Growing RPO firm plans to globalize recruiting capabilities and triple its recruiting team this year.

The newly completed 12,000-square-foot office is part of Q4B’s plan to triple its recruiting team this year and broaden its global capabilities.

With headquarters in Houston and a recruiting extension in Chicago, the Austin ROC was established as the hub of Q4B’s national operations. The new facility is uniquely outfitted with high-speed, flexible technology systems to better support customers. An open arena in the center of the office allows recruiters and researchers to share experience and knowledge and provides synergy among recruiting teams.

The Austin ROC is the first prototype operations center in Q4BÂ’s plan to expand and build multiple recruiting centers throughout North America.
