Larkspur Hospitality Purchases Two Northern California Hotels

Larkspur Hospitality announced its acquisition of The Best Western Truckee Tahoe Inn, in Truckee, California, and the Holiday Inn Express Mill Valley-Sausalito in Mill Valley, California.

Larkspur, CA (PRWEB) April 21, 2007 -- Larkspur Hospitality announced today that it has acquired both The Best Western Truckee Tahoe Inn, a Truckee California hotel, and a Marin County hotel, the Holiday Inn Express Mill Valley-Sausalito in Mill Valley, California. Larkspur acquired both California hotels from affiliates of Pacific Valley Investors.

The Best Western Truckee Tahoe Inn is located in the historic town of Truckee, putting this California hotel near Lake Taho and conveniently located within 15 miles of 11 different ski areas. The Café Court is available for casual meals and drinks, and guests are able to enjoy the free business center, fitness center, pool and outdoor spa.
