APS and Monster’s joint products will help customers minimize the time required to post jobs, increase the number of qualified applicants, and more efficiently identify job candidates.

APS was selected as a Premier Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Alliance member – the top tier in Monster’s HR Alliance Program. In addition, APS becomes the first HR Alliance member to integrate with the Monster Diversity & Inclusion Recruitment Solution to better connect employers with a wider ethnic audience of job seekers.

Integrated Resume Search – The integration allows access to Monster’s resume database from SmartSearch Online. Recruiters can search by a variety of parameters and upload the search results from Monster into the SmartSearch database.

Real Time Posting – Customers can post jobs from SmartSearch Online to Monster more efficiently than ever before. Job postings are now uploaded even faster to Monster, making postings available to job seekers almost instantaneously.

Shared Apply – Candidates applying for a job from Monster have their information automatically loaded into SmartSearch Online. This reduces the candidate fall-off associated with redirection to an external web-site and eliminates data entry for both the candidate and SmartSearch Online customer.
