PartySolver has joined a buying group of independent party stores. Previously, other buying groups required a brick and mortar store to join. PartySolver believes PCA's purchasing power of over 300 members will result in significant cost savings. These savings will then help fund advertising programs and provide discounts and incentives for the customer. Having such a large buying group allows the smaller store to be competitive with larger national chain stores that have more resources available. Large minimum orders are not required and quality products are from the same large manufacturers and distributors.

In addition, PCA offers a number of educational and advertising services. The product is not just sold but assistance is given to sell in our own stores. An annual conference allows buyer to meet with sellers for a more personalized approach to buying. During the conference ample opportunity is given to network with other members.

Products available are import and US made products with opportunities for rebates on yearly volume purchases. "We were really excited to find a US manufacturer for one of our product lines. They were willing to help us anyway they could, choosing popular "sure sales" to get our product line off to a good start," states co-owner Patricia Plona.
