Newly Enhanced Wireless Patent and IP Research and Analysis Team Announced by WTRS to Greatly Extended Wireless Patent Information and Detail, Enlarging Ongoing Program

West Technology Research Solutions (WTRS) outlines plans to broaden the scope of its existing specialties in research in wireless patent and IP arena.

WTRS has already published three well-received patent directory analyses, all noted for their specificity and depth:
1) "WiMAX, WiBro, 802.16d, 802.16e IP and Patent Report" (the most recent, February 2007, over 450 patents examined in 500+ pages)
2) "Residential ZigBee, 802.15.4, Insteon Patent Report" (2006, updating a report of the previous year)
3) "UWB, Bluetooth, WLAN IP & Patent Report"

Now, under the leadership of Principal Analyst Dr Kirsten West new specific research techniques are being developed and applied, to more deeply probe the wireless patent issues that are becoming critical to a set of maturing wireless technologies.

Additional publications with a wireless patent and IP focus will be forthcoming shortly. A follow-on service is also planned on a custom basis for companies and users who see a need for continual updating of patent environment changes.

About our commitment:
WTRS uses interviews, surveys, and intensive document mining, measured with our own proprietary macroeconomic tools that allow us to project market development for products not yet actually in the market. WTRS applies the same discipline and energy to the critical area of wireless patent and IP development. WTRS expends enormous effort evaluating the meaning of patent and IP development, the companies linked to or sponsoring the "owners," and fitting individual patents into their technical patterns and prospects.

"Of course," said George West, President of WTRS, "it takes considerable research time, but what makes it truly valuable to any user is to have these patents defined by people who are technically competent in the appropriate technologies."

WTRS (West Technology Research Solutions) is a California based research, publishing and consulting company focused on emerging wireless technologies. With an eight-year record of successful growth, we're ready to help your company make market decisions and plan for the future. http://www.wtrs.net
