Instill® Corporation, the leading provider of spend intelligence solutions and services for the foodservice industry, today shared highlights from the second installment of the Instill Roundtable Series, held last month in Dallas. The event brought together senior executives from leading foodservice companies to discuss the challenges and opportunities around improving operator and manufacturer collaboration to drive top line growth and tangible savings for each trading partner.

The day's discussions were focused around the impact associated with information sharing, better integration of key business processes, and the opportunities for operators and manufacturers to leverage technology to improve collaboration around these processes.

"Maximizing the value of the dollars we spend by removing inefficiencies and improving our relationships with suppliers is always a priority," said Dennis Clabby, Vice President of Purchasing for IPC/Subway. "This event was a unique opportunity to discuss the issues and potential solutions to some of the common problems we all face trying to manage business processes that extend beyond the four walls of any on organization."

"Sometimes the communication just stops, mistakes get made and things get overlooked," said Dennis Noce, Director of Business Information for Land O' Lakes. "Instill has done a great job of helping us explore the opportunities for both manufacturers and operators to improve this communication and achieve mutual success."

Joe Pawlak, Vice President at Technomic and one of the event's moderators, added "there is a tremendous amount of opportunity to leverage technology to address the inefficiencies inherent in our industry. Instill provides some truly innovative solutions on this front, and we're proud to have partnered with them to deliver this event. "
