Fort Wayne, IN (PRWEB) April 24, 2007 -- The amount of creativity per capita in Fort Wayne Indiana is set to dramatically spike in just six short weeks - as Create the Dream! (CTD) Magazine hosts their 2nd Annual Creativity BEE™. The BEE™ is an industry convention for artisans of soap, candles, toiletries, and herbal products - and introduces attendees to new ingredients and techniques, as well as leading industry suppliers. The two-day event includes mini workshops, dynamic guest speakers, and plenty of networking opportunities.
 The event is sponsored and hosted by Create the Dream!™ Magazine, the leading market publication for artisans of soap and sundries, candles and home fragrance, and herbal products. Among the featured guest speakers are a number of members of the magazine's editorial staff, including best-selling authors Barbara Brabec and James Dillehay, and renowned herbalists Jeanne Rose and Carolee Snyder.

Now in its second year of publication, Create the Dream! is read by artisans in 27 countries. The first magazine of its type, it offers a wealth of information on business-building resources, formulation and project ideas, as well as emerging trends and industry-specific news. Vanover launched the publication in the Spring of 2006, and never looked back. "We knew that the market was being underserved, but the rate at which we've grown over the past year took us completely by surprise."
Clearly, it has been a pleasant surprise. The Create the Dream! website is an interactive treasure trove of information for soap and candle makers - and offers links to manufacturers, software utilities, articles, books and other helpful resources. In addition to the quarterly print magazine, CTD offers an exclusive weekly email, The Creative Insider - a feature that Vanover describes as "equal parts of innovation and inspiration". The Creativity Bee will be held on Saturday, June 2nd and Sunday, June 3rd, in downtown Fort Wayne, at the Grand Wayne Convention Center. The venue provides a central location to roughly one-fifth of the nation's population, and is in close proximity to many major Midwestern cities - Chicago, Cincinnati, Detroit, Louisville, Cleveland, and Indianapolis.
The 10,000 square foot Grand Ballroom will serve home to up to 25 vendor booths, along with a General Session which is expecting up to 250 attendees.
