The solution will leverage Triveris' rigorous data collection and analysis process to identify opportunities for individual members to optimize their health status. By improving individual health, and promoting proactive healthcare, organizations can reduce their clients' healthcare expenditures. The system allows plan administrators to identify individuals who are potentially large claimants at an earlier stage and provide them with customized care management strategies, including member-specific preventive care and wellness programs.
