The Mumford Company is pleased to announce David Holcombe has joined the Atlanta, Georgia office as a Sales Analyst. In this role, he will be actively involved in the development of property marketing, valuation analysis, market research, and other corporate activities.

In this role, he will be actively involved in the development of property marketing, valuation analysis, market research, and other corporate activities. "I am excited to join The Mumford Company. Prior to joining The Mumford Company, David was an intern for Hodges Ward Elliott. In this role he performed market research and analysis of various cities for the purpose of hotel valuation. He also assisted in the process of compiling sales packages for various hotels. This process included researching and writing property descriptions; consisting of reviewing the area market, summary of competitive hotels in the region, financial data and executive summaries. In addition, David was a part of property assessment and strategic marketing discussions. These opportunities helped David obtain an invaluable familiarity with processes necessary in the hotel real estate industry.
David is a graduate of the University of Georgia, with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate. U.S. News and World Report ranked the undergraduate program in real estate at the University of Georgia, "second in the nation" in its most recent survey of the Best Real Estate programs. While attending the University, he participated in the Real Estate Society and received several scholarships from within the Real Estate Department. David has gained invaluable commercial real estate knowledge that will serve Mumford Company's clients immensely.
