American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW) and Care2Learn Launch Online Learning

Leslie Warren, VP, Workforce Development and her ABHOW colleagues always dreamed of offering online learning for their employees at their senior care locations in California, Arizona & Washington. After an intensive selection process in 2006, ABHOW Academy & Seniority University, www.ABHOWAcademy.com or www.SeniorityUniversity.com was built by Care2Learn and initiated in February.

Pleasanton, CA (PRWEB) April 30, 2007 -- Leslie Warren, VP, Workforce Development and her ABHOW colleagues always dreamed of offering online learning for their employees at their senior care locations in California, Arizona & Washington. After an intensive selection process in 2006, ABHOW Academy & Seniority University, www.ABHOWAcademy.com or www.SeniorityUniversity.com was built by Care2Learn and initiated in February.

The customized Learning Management System created by Care2Learn- was developed for the purpose of educating, training, testing, reporting and tracking continuing education for over 1600 employees working with American Baptists Homes of the West and their affiliates.

Care2Learn's accredited coursework library has a variety of clinical and administrative CE Courses to meet the needs of their Nurses, administrators, dietitians, social workers and other licensed healthcare employees. An extensive library of inservices is also offered to improve care giving skills for nurse aides and other ancillary employees.
