Ben Day and Laragh Gallagher have joined The Marketing Arm (Dallas) as creative director and associate creative director, respectively, reporting to Amy Erschen, chief creative officer.

Ben Day and Laragh Gallagher have joined The Marketing Arm (Dallas) as creative director and associate creative director, respectively, reporting to Amy Erschen, chief creative officer.

Day joins The Marketing Arm from Ryan Partnership, where he served as creative director. Previously, he served as the creative director for Upshot (Chicago) for four years and was a senior art director for Latitude/The Richards Group and TLP.

Gallagher spent the last five years as the associate creative director at the Harwood Marketing Group. She has additional experience with comMotion Interactive, BSMG Worldwide, and TRIAD Business Marketing.
