HireOrNoHire.com announces job seekers across the country can now upload YouTube-like video clips of themselves answering job interview questions to receive critiques, recommendations and ratings from peers, experts or both.

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) April 26, 2007 -- HireOrNoHire.com is the first niche video sharing community that focuses on helping job seekers enhance their presentation and job interview skills prior to their actual face-to-face job interview.

Every job opening with more than one qualified applicant becomes an instant battle between job seekers to see who will ultimately win the grand prize -- the job. Those seeking new careers or applying for new jobs need a secret weapon in their job search arsenal to gain an edge over the competition, particularly during the interview phase.

"HireOrNoHire.com is a cross between The Apprentice and YouTube," says R.L. Polhill, HireOrNoHire.com's founder. "We wanted to create a free video sharing website that mattered, a place for job seekers of all levels and occupations to share content, ideas and information."

According to Polhill, preparing for the job interview means practicing several behaviors -- not just answering questions. She offers, "A visual mock interview with immediate feedback tools in place is one of the easiest ways to prepare for an actual employment interview with confidence."

The questions job hunters will be asked are questions from actual employers. Job seekers have the flexibility to answer any of the questions available on the website, user submitted questions or the Interview Question of the Week. They then record and upload video clips of their interview responses. Users are able to broadcast their video clips publicly and determine if their video clip will be critiqued by peer reviewers or expert reviewers also known as JobNobbers. Job interview responses can be rated on the Hiremeter. Users can also choose to share their video privately with only friends and family. In addition, HireOrNoHire is a resource where job seekers will be able to see previously uploaded public video clip of how someone else might answer an interview question.

HireOrNoHire.com is now available in beta for job seekers across the country to register and upload video clips.
