The award recognizes those sales associates who rank within the top 13 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide and the top 8% of all sales associates across the country. Additionally, his ranking was such that he also received the Top Sales per Units award.

Bunting accepted the awards during the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 2007 Awards Celebration that was held at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel in Boston, Mass. More than 600 sales associates, managers and staff attended the annual event.
