Share Article, the organisers of the world's best banger rallies, are offering the unlucky team who wins overall in the StreetSafari Banger Rally season this unique piece of decaying British motoring history, a Rover Metro., the organisers of the world’s best banger rallies, have really upped the anti this year with the introduction of a glamorous and exciting new first prize.

The prize will be awarded to the team accruing the highest number of points on the rallies. It is a top-of-the-range Rover Metro, with an award winning 1.1 litre engine, putting out nearly 60bhp of sheer driving pleasure.

Justin Clements, Director of said, "This Metro has to be the ultimate prize for any serious petrol head! Just competing in one of the StreetSafari rallies is going to be the most amazing experience, but to think that there's a rare example of great British engineering up for grabs at the end adds some real spice to the event!"

All cars feature 60BHP and boast a 0-60 time of well over 15 seconds. Each carries a uniquely rusted VIN plate showing its proud place in UK motoring history.

StreetSafari Ltd is the original European banger rallying company. The original event, the infamous and highly successful Staples2Naples rally (which took contestants from Staples Corner in London to Naples in Italy) first took place in 2003 and has taken place every September since. Due to overwhelming demand, further rallies have been introduced over the years including Home2Rome, CzechWrecks and now BABE Rally in the US, with even more adventurous rallies planned for next year.
