Empyrean Management Group Expands Training Program Offerings to Include New Leadership Seminar

First seminar to audience of police officers a success.

Blue Bell, PA (PRWEB) April 30, 2007 -- Empyrean Management Group, Inc. (EMG), one of the fastest growing providers of outsourced human resources, recruiting and training solutions, has introduced a new leadership training seminar focused on teaching leadership essentials to new supervisors and leaders. The first seminar, held April 13th to an audience of police officers and new supervisors, was a great success with attendees. President and CEO of EMG Michael Kalinsky and law enforcement sergeant Bill O'Connell led the full-day session, offering their unique leadership perspectives and diverse experiences.

"This seminar is a natural extension of our current training program offerings at EMG," says Michael Kalinsky. "It is a fact that many new supervisors don't receive any type of training once they are promoted in their new roles, and we think this class helps to bridge that gap. In partnering with Bill, I feel we are truly able to provide a solid, in-depth perspective on leadership to help the next generation of leaders deal with future challenges they can and will encounter."

"This leadership seminar was exactly what I needed as a new supervisor in a leadership role for the first time," said attendee Corporal Frank Addalli. "Mike and Bill taught us how to look at leadership in a new light and showed the participants of the class ways to listen, learn and improve ourselves in order to succeed."

Another participant, Corporal Cory Moyer added, "I found the seminar to be both informative and thought provoking…I recommend it to anyone who is interested in learning how to succeed in a leadership role. The information from the seminar is universal to all new supervisors or individuals who want to become better leaders."

Additional seminar dates and times for "Learning to Lead: Training for First Time Supervisors" are currently in the works. For additional information on this seminar or for information on other training seminars offered by EMG, please call 866-773-9900.
