The competitive hotel market of Seattle, Washington welcomes 360 Hotel Group, renamed from Northgate Hotels as part of a re-branding effort and value focus. The competitive hotel market of Seattle, Washington, welcomes 360 Hotel Group, formerly Northgate Hotels. 360 Hotel Group possesses a portfolio of three hotels and a restaurant, covering the North Seattle market.

The name change for this hotel group was an essential part of the re-branding, as it better represents the true growth of the company and its strategy to become a full service hospitality business.

Replacing the former Ramada Inn, the fresh and colorful 169 room full service hotel houses the Berkshire Grill, a popular neighborhood steak and seafood restaurant featuring live jazz on Friday and Saturday nights and a comprehensive Pacific Northwest wine list.

Other properties include the Hampton Inn and Suites in the heart of Lynnwood, Washington's shopping district, and the newly expanded and renamed Best Western Navigator Inn and Suites in Everett, Washington, featuring an aviation and navigation theme reflecting its proximity to the Boeing 747, 777 and 787-Dreamliner Assembly Plant and the Future of Flight Interpretive Center.

As part of the re-branding effort and value focus, 360 Hotel Group has launched terrific specials and promotions for each property. Hotel Nexus Seattle bundles rooms with things to do including an array of sports packages, and is a preferred hotel of fans of the Seattle Mariners and top Seattle sports teams.
