Announcing Golf Commotion for Corporate Groups

User-friendly golf activities to include participants in corporate functions.

Napa, California (PRWEB) May 29, 2007 -- With a motto that says "Golf doesn't have to be serious," Kris Moe's Golf Schools (www.krismoegolfschools.com) has started new golf activities for corporate groups called Golf Commotion, trademarked this year.

"Usually our meetings are tied in with golf and non-golfers are left out because they feel uncomfortable on the golf course. Golf is not an easy sport and it can be intimidating playing with your colleagues," says Jennifer Fusco, senior event manager with Bank of America.

Golf Commotion is about energy and bringing groups together for some bonding after meetings or as an add-on for incentive getaways. The beauty of these games is that even non-golfers can play while still challenging the experienced golfers. For years, meeting and incentive planners have been stumped as they've attempted to include more of their non-golfing participants in their golf programs. That's a difficult fit on a full length golf course.

"We try to offer something for everyone," says Kris Moe. "Many of our games can be played indoors that even non-golfers will enjoy. Our putting games for instance anyone can play because everyone can putt a ball. We've just made it more interesting with fun targets to shoot at, you can putt in a Skee-ball game, hit Velcro balls at Velcro bullseye targets or play golf at Pebble Beach on a simulator."

The outdoor Golf Commotion activities combine skill challenges like hitting a ball over a wall or under things. If they can do it great, if not, the Golf Commotion staff pros will show them the form to successfully accomplish their task. The competition makes it exciting. The change of stations keeps it interesting and there is plenty of time for participants to talk and form those necessary bonds for teamwork.
