Littleton Advertising & Marketing (LA&M) was a two-time winner during the 2007 Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards. Sponsored by the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council (TSMC) of North Carolina Homebuilders Association, the ceremony was held on Friday, April 20 at The Embassy Suites in Cary.

Before more than 750 attendees, Littleton received accolades for Best DVD and Best Special Promotion (consumer-oriented) for Wakefield Development Company's newest master-planned community, Renaissance Park located in southeast Raleigh.

A panel of national experts in the fields of sales management, new home sales, interior merchandising, product design, marketing, building and developing served as judges for the competition.
