Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) May 3, 2007 -- Spencer Horsman, renowned escape artist and magician, returns to the Baltimore spotlight on Friday, May 11th when he attempts to escape from two regulation straitjackets while being suspended 50 feet above S. Charles Street in South Baltimore. The exact location is Illusions Magic Bar & Lounge located at 1025 S. Charles Street in Federal Hill. In the spirit of the great Houdini, who brought similar magic to the world with challenges like May 11's presumed feat, Spencer is providing viewing of his act free to his Baltimore hometown community.

Horsman will test the limits of human endurance on May 11 in South Baltimore's Federal Hill neighborhood. Using sheer will-power to overcome the physical limitations of several impossible factors which include: being hung upside down, dangling 50 feet in mid-air, and being restricted by two straitjackets just to name a few. "The biggest danger of this feat is loss of perception, or worse case scenario -- fainting cause by the blood rushing to his head," states Ken Horsman, retired professional clown with Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus and Owner/Operator of Illusions Magic Bar & Lounge.

Experts says a feat of this nature requires years of training and preparation. Spencer has been conditioning his body through intense daily training sessions which last four hours or more.
