DeSilva + Phillips' Client Physicians Practice Has been Acquired by United Business Media
Physicians Practice, LLC, headquartered in Baltimore, MD, has been acquired by United Business Media's CMPMedica. CMPMedia willl add Physicians Practice's journal of the same name to its offerings of media products to primary care physicians in the U.S. DeSilva+Phillips, Media Investment Bankers, advised Physicians Practice in the transaction.

Headquartered in Baltimore, MD, Physicians Practice LLC is a healthcare media company. Its principal product is Physicians Practice®, America's leading practice management journal, circulated to approximately 275,000 physicians nationwide through partnerships with close to 60 hospitals and medical centers, including academic, community, faith-based, and specialty hospitals.
Physicians Practice helps doctors manage the operational and business aspects of their practices.
