When the National Guild of Hypnotists meets this August in Marlborough, MA, they will be encouraging their members to smile for the camera. In addition to offering seminars and workshops on hypnotism and advanced skills in the field of professional hypnosis, the NGH Convention will also offer many business-related courses or services designed to help their members build their practices or advance their careers. One of the services offered will be individual portrait photographs taken during the convention. Photographer Gene Paltrin of Dover, NH, will be onsite at the National Guild of Professional Hypnotists Convention and Educational Conference to offer business portraits at a reduced rate for NGH Convention attendees.

Marketing themselves, their skills and their practices is critical for hypnotists, counselors and others who use hypnotism in their professions. For many of the nearly 2,000 NGH Convention attendees, enhancing their marketing expertise is as vital to career success as other courses, also offered, like those that deal with using hypnosis to enhance healing, pain management, stress reduction, weight loss, and other areas of health care and personal well being.
