Nature's Electric Inc. Proudly Announces It Has Reached a Partnership Agreement with Phoenix Engineering
Nature's Electric Inc. is proud to announce that the company has reached a partnership agreement with Phoenix Engineering. The agreement will combine Nature's Electric's dispatchable renewable energy technology with Phoenix Engineering's superior weather prediction system. This partnership will allow maximum profits from wind farms by predicting energy and wind trends, then storing low value energy to be in hydrogen until the demand rises.
Houston, TX (PRWEB) May 5, 2007 -- Nature's Electric Inc. is proud to announce that the company has reached a partnership agreement with Phoenix Engineering. "By complementing our dispatchable renewable energy technology with Phoenix Engineering's superior weather prediction system, we have created a complete package that will increase our customer's revenue significantly," said Nature's Electric V.P. of Business Development, Alex Obraztsov.
Ever since wind energy reached the age of maturity, it has been a dream of many to have dispatchable clean power. In fact, many have attributed the slow growth of renewable energy to this problem. Banks were simply reluctant to finance a renewable energy project without a customer that has already agreed to purchase electricity, but that agreement in essence has constricted wind farms operators to a certain "modus operandi" where price was fixed, and any deviation from the agreement would be considered as unwelcome and risky behavior. The desire for banks to protect their investment is understandable.
Currently, there are not many wind farms that don't have a PPA, or Power Purchase Agreement, in place. However, recent advancements in the renewable energy field, such as Nature's Electric's dispatchable energy system and Phoenix's Engineering weather prediction system, allow us to look at the future of this energy sector with a more optimistic outlook. Now, not only will independent wind farm operators be able to firm up their deliveries of electricity to the ever growing market, they will also be able to take advantage of selling electricity at the highest price possible, thus making more money. Banks are always on the lookout for that extra "peace of mind", and should take notice of the technology that promises to bring not just that, but also higher revenue.
As proposed wind energy projects grow larger and larger in size, it is not currently unusual to see a 500 MW wind farm; required capital has also grown proportionally. To maximize such large capacities, the energy almost has to be sold on the merchant market. Hopefully this technological breakthrough in renewable technology will bring more projects online, and will give a "second wind" (the pun is definitely intended) to existing wind farms in the US and the rest of the world, in the form of additional revenue.
