Canam Credit and RAFP merge pending Securities Commission approval.
Calgary, AB (PRWEB) May 11, 2007 -- Canam Credit Company Inc. announces it has entered into an agreement to merge with Rogers Associate Financial Partners Inc. Rogers Associate Financial Partners Inc. offers investment strategies and insurance products among other financial services.
 Canam Credit Company Inc. is an Alberta-based corporation in the private lending industry, with 18 locations across Canada. In addition to its private lending services, Canam offers debt assistance counselling. The company is pleased with the agreement and looks forward to merging the two companies' assets and expanding its services to its clients. The amalgamation of the two companies is subject to a number of conditions, including the receipt of any and all shareholder, exchange and regulatory approvals.
