The effects of seventeen interest rate hikes are just beginning to be felt and affect the economy. Gas prices are way up, and the summer driving season hasn't even begun yet."
She is favoring consumer staples and likes bonds, with a chance the Fed may lower rates later in 2007. She favors owning U.S. Treasuries with 1, 2, 3 year maturities.
