America's Foremost Wedding Author Sharon Naylor Will Utilize Much of Her Own Advice When She Says 'I Do' in April 2008
America's foremost wedding author Sharon Naylor will utilize much of her own advice from her 32 wedding books as she plans her wedding for April 2008.
Madison, NJ (PRWEB) May 16, 2007 -- The setting: the Butterfly Conservatory at the Museum of Natural History in New York City, the date: May 5th at 2:30 pm...As Sharon Naylor (the prolific author of 32 wedding books) was mesmerized by the masses of butterflies, her boyfriend caught her attention with, "Sharon, will you marry me?"
While the details are still dreamy, Sharon remembers being surrounded by hundreds of brilliant and gorgeous butterflies, and saying "Yes, this is the greatest honor of my life!" She swoons, "When you find a great, intelligent, funny and thoughtful man like Joe, it's an honor when he wants to spend the rest of his life with you. And he says the same about me!"
Attorney Joe T. (Sharon is in the public eye, Joe can be a little shy…) from Madison, NJ, wowed the bridal authority when he held the stunning engagement ring in front of Sharon's eyes. Before her was the Simply Bridal Crown Solitaire from Hearts on Fire. "I didn't want to create a spectacle, but yet I started crying and made one anyway!" admitted Naylor.
Although the proposal was a total surprise, Sharon and Joe have been talking about this very important next step in their relationship for awhile. "We know we want a big, formal wedding in April of 2008, an afternoon ceremony and reception -- which is the magic formula for saving money on a wedding," the couple share.
"Everyone assumes I'll be calm about planning the wedding," Sharon says, "And admittedly, with the background I have with weddings and the planning process, it does make things easier. But I still have the same nervous excitement as any bride and the joy in sharing everything with Joe and making all the decisions together. With so many choices, I know this next year will be mind-boggling!"
"Together we're making it a point to enjoy every moment," she continues, "to share the planning process with our parents, to keep a gratitude journal as we go, and to keep our relationship the main focus of the entire experience. We know we're planning for our marriage, not just a wedding. Finding the balance between planning every detail and making sure we have date nights with plenty of laughter will be the perfect stress release for us!"
With a wink, Sharon says, "And since we just bought a house together, it's going to be very easy to get overwhelmed, so we're using my book; The Busy Bride's Essential Wedding Checklists to keep us completely organized and feeling great about the process!"
Sharon and Joe are open to appropriate promotional opportunities in addition to coverage of their bridal events or the actual wedding. Sharon is also available for 'wedding expert plans her own wedding' features or interviews. Please contact Julie K. Berry with Rivendell Communications for consideration.
