Jim Ensell Joins rfXcel as President and COO

Jim is a 24 year software and technology veteran with executive management experience in engineering, marketing, operations, consulting services and business development. Prior to joining rfXcel, Jim was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Virage Logic Corporation where he ran worldwide marketing, corporate and business development, and program management. Before that, he held the position of CIO at eSilicon Corporation, where he was responsible for the company's eBusiness, ERP and supply chain application infrastructure, in addition to running business development. While there he drove the development of the fabless semiconductor industry's first internet based track, trace and analysis software application providing supply chain visibility from foundry to assembly house to test house to customer shipment. Prior to eSilicon, he held a number of executive positions including Senior VP of Products and Services at Zland Corporation, an ASP provider of business applications to SMB's, VP of Marketing and Consulting Services at Cadence Design Systems, and VP and General Manager at Zycad Corporation.
