Two of the Pacific Northwest's leading Microsoft providers -- Fine Business Solutions and Business Performance Solutions -- announced today that they are merging, creating the leading provider of Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) Dynamics AX and GP and Microsoft SharePoint in the Pacific Northwest.
Fine Business Solutions, the leading Northwest company focused on Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains and Axapta), and Business Performance Solutions with an expertise in Business Intelligence and Business Process Management combine with a regional focus that includes clients from Washington, Alaska and Hawaii. The company plans to into Oregon. The merger accelerates both organizations' go-to-market strategies including Microsoft's product offerings, such as Dynamics AX, Dynamics GP, SharePoint and SQL Server Reporting Services.
The combined company will operate as Fine Business Solutions. Dan Fine, Managing Partner of Fine Business Solutions, will become Chief Executive Officer. Mike Burley, CEO of Business Performance Solutions, will assume responsibility as Chief Operations Officer and join the Board of Directors.

Fine Business Solutions will employ over 16 staff and grow to 50 in the next three years. The company will relocate to Lynnwood, WA, at the juncture of Interstate 5 and 405. This will give the company easy access to clients north, south and east.
