Renick, WV (PRWEB) May 21, 2007 -- The Crazy Baker in Renick, WV creates lots of luscious baked goods and now his"X-treme Brownies" are available on the Internet. These brownies are "X-treme" for lots of reasons including special ingredients, small batch baking and the passion of a former airline mechanic who followed his heart and created a second career as The Crazy Baker.

It's a story that starts with Hall Hitzig and a career in aviation that left him wanting more. The native New Yorker was on a visit to see his sister in West Virginia when he fell in love with the area, packed his bags when he returned to the North East, and he's never looked back.

"We love the area," said Hitzig. "My wife, Amy and I have been so fortunate to be able to live our dream of building a business and doing what we love." Hitzig has always had a love for the culinary world and it continued to pull him until he "hit middle age" and then he went to culinary school and worked in several restaurants before starting The Crazy Baker in 2002.

But, back to those luscious, X-treme Brownies. And, what makes them X-treme?

No pastry chef will ever give away all of his secrets, but Hitzig says the real secret is in the combination and quality of the ingredients he uses: European-style butter, South American cocoa, for example, and equally important is what he doesn't use - no preservatives and nothing artificial.

In addition to the great ingredients, there's the full quarter pound serving size, the great chocolaty flavor and the moist texture that all make for an extremely luscious experience. Made in small batches with the care that a passionate baker gives, it all adds up to a sweet treat that has a growing list of raving customers.

And, those raving customers are all around the country. The Crazy Baker does a healthy business selling X-treme Brownies over the Internet, in part because of the packaging and presentation.

Customers receiving the Brownies, which are often sent as gifts, first see a wooden box finished with a maroon ribbon sealed with a deep red wax seal. Opening the sliding wooden top reveals six perfectly sized, individually wrapped Brownies nestled in golden tissue paper. It's a perfect way to receive Brownies so that they are kept fresh and moist and can still be kept in the beautiful box.

The Crazy Baker, established in 2002 by Hall Hitzig, creates a wide variety of baked goods and confections, handmade with love and the finest natural ingredients. The Crazy Baker also produces traditional and seasonal specialty items and ships worldwide. For a luscious experience, go to The Crazy Baker or call 866.440.4797.
