With audiences leaving network television in droves, executives are left wondering where these people are going. Internet pioneer, Joel Comm, provides the answer to the question as he presents his groundbreaking Internet reality show series, The Next Internet Millionaire.

The public is aware that companies such as Amazon.com, eBay and Google are incredibly profitable

Loveland, CO (PRWEB) May 21, 2007 -- The major television networks are watching their audiences disappear in droves, wondering why people aren't tuning in like they used to. The answer is that the Internet is beginning to provide engaging and entertaining programming that appeals to the masses.

While programs on YouTube like LonelyGirl15 and Ask a Ninja have demonstrated that short form video can reach a massive audience, Joel Comm is seeking to be the first to bring reality television to the web in a long-form presentation.

"The Next Internet Millionaire" is a production of Comm, an Internet pioneer, entrepreneur and author. Inviting aspiring entrepreneurs to audition for the world's first Internet reality show, twelve cast members will be brought on location and put to the test as they compete for a $25,000 cash prize and an opportunity to do a coveted large-scale joint venture with Comm.

Donald Trump has walked away from "The Apprentice" and Sanjaya is no longer on "American Idol", but this fall there will be a new media alternative for reality tv fans. "The Next Internet Millionaire" promises to provide an Internet-based show that will appeal to a mainstream audience with an entertaining and educational program.

"The public is aware that companies such as Amazon.com, eBay and Google are incredibly profitable," says show creator, Joel Comm. "But most people don't realize that there are literally thousands of individuals who are making a very comfortable living working from home at their computers." Comm continues, "'The Next Internet Millionaire' will expose the masses to the profitable Internet marketing niche and provide them with tools and resources they can use to tap into the millions being made online, all while entertaining with a weekly program they can watch at their leisure."

Filming in July and August of this year and set to air globally on the Internet for thirteen weeks in the fall, "The Next Internet Millionaire" has already created a groundswell of interest with over 60,000 web pages making reference to the show in just the first two weeks since it was announced.

An open casting call for "The Next Internet Millionaire" is currently running through June 6th. Prospective contestants may visit http://www.NextInternetMillionaire.com for further instructions on how to submit their audition video via online video services. Dozens of people, including several popular YouTube channel owners, have already submitted their audition video, hoping for the opportunity to further their newfound fame.

After two rounds of auditions, contestants spend two weeks in Northern Colorado where they will learn the techniques and stratagies of the world's most successful Internet professionals who regularly earn millions of dollars online every year. "The Next Internet Millionaire" will feature guest teacher appearances by a dozen experts, including best-selling author Mark Joyner, Internet tycoon Armand Morin and copywriting legend Marlon Sanders. Contestants will face new challenges each day that will put their newfound knowledge to the test.

In his past twelve years online, Comm has sold a site to Yahoo!, written several popular books, including the New York Times Best Seller "The AdSense Code", and built many successful web sites that have earned him millions of dollars on the Internet. One of the most respected marketers on the web, Comm will be hosting the show which intends to prove the Internet as a viable means of broadcasting new programming.

The Next Internet Millionaire is a joint venture between InfoMedia, Inc and Deluge Films of Northern Colorado. InfoMedia, Inc. is a new media company based in Loveland, Colorado.
