Carrie Ridenour comes to Collective Data with several technical and service certifications including a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Ms. Ridenour will draw on nearly fifteen years of customer service and support experience in order to provide Collective Data clients with a highly effective single point of contact with the company. This system allows Collective Data to gain a deeper, more robust understanding of the unique culture and needs within the clients organization. The client care specialist serves as front line support and training contact as well as the project coordinator for any upgrades, modifications or additions to a client's system. Greg Sindt brings a decade of software sales and support skills to the Collective Data sales department. Mr. Sindt honed his solution diagnostic and solid relationship building skills in his previous positions as Senior Regional Account Manager and as technical support specialist for a top educational software company. Mr. Sindt will provide potential clients with a reliable and knowledgeable guide in finding a fleet management solution best suited to their needs.
