The customer care center will facilitate order flow between distribution, reseller and corporate customers, with special attention given to ensure the best possible routing for delivery. Ergotron's goal is to reduce order delivery times and the shipping costs associated with the challenging logistics of this immense region. The customer care center will be co-located with Ergotron's manufacturing facility in Don Guan City, Guang Dong, China.
