After ten years driving the world's biggest 'monster' earth movers and two near-death experiences, this WA outback high school drop-out, now ex- miner has joined the Major League with an article in the World's top selling Motivational Book.

Former Kalgoorlie miner Adrian Mc Master was an expelled unteachable student who dreamt big and went on to become an operator of some of the biggest earth moving machines on the planet.

Twice the quietly spoken miner nearly died from mining accidents and still bears the scars inside and out.

After his second brush with death he knew it was time to change his life.

Adrian embarked on a personal development path with ferocious gusto. He rubbed shoulders with superstars like Anthony Robbins, Christopher Howard, Brian Tracy and Nik Halik. And began to use the skills to not only improve his own life but become a mentor for others who had unspectacular backgrounds like him.

He began to write and create websites based on his homespun philosophies.

Recently one of his articles was published in the biggest selling book on inspiration - 101 Great ways to improve your life volume 3. He's in good company; other authors include Mark Victor Hanson from Chicken Soup for the Soul series, Ken Blanchard, the One minute Manager, motivational speaker Les Brown and many other great self development authors from around the world.

"I'm thrilled to be included with so many outstanding authors from all around the World. It's just amazing how a near death experience can turn your whole life around by just stepping out of your own comfort zone," says the motivated Adrian.

In fact "Stepping Out of One's Comfort Zone" is the title of his article in 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life volume 3

His advice to others is to not wait until a near death experience to make positive changes in your life.

"Listen to the whispers. Find your passion and follow it and success will come, whether that's personal satisfaction or financial."
