Junction Networks' Hosted PBX Reseller Program Picks Up Steam

Leading Provider of Next-Generation SIP Services Announces White Label Product, Hires Telecommunications Industry Veteran to Lead Reseller Effort

Newtown, PA (PRWEB) May 23, 2007 -- Junction Networks, a provider of next-generation SIP services, today made two announcements demonstrating momentum in its hosted PBX reseller program. First, the company is launching a new white label product allowing resellers to offer Junction Networks' VoIP platform via their own websites in an environment formatted to their unique branding schemes. Junction Networks also announced that Internet voice technology industry veteran, Tim Cleves, has joined the growing company as manager of channel sales.

Through Junction Networks' Hosted PBX, small businesses can reap the benefits of a $25,000 enterprise class VoIP telephony platform at a fraction of the cost of a traditional PBX, IP PBX or key system. Features offered by Hosted PBX include auto-attendant, extension dialing and voicemail, and click-to-call from a website. Because this is a fully-outsourced solution, small businesses do not need to invest in PBX hardware or on-site change management support. The only upfront investment is a SIP compatible phone, which can even be a free software-based phone. Customers can also place free calls within SIP calling networks and they receive unlimited SIP addresses.

Designed on an open standard, the SIP-based platform also enables remote office environments (users can utilize the phone system wherever there is an Internet connection), unlimited extension-to-extension dialing, SIP addresses in private, customizable domains and voicemail-to-email notification. In addition, Junction Networks' Hosted PBX customers do not pay for individual seat licenses, only for minutes used.

"In many cases, customers don't use all the extensions they purchase, yet they are paying exorbitant prices," Robert Wolpov said. "Junction Networks customers pay for service as they go and save hundreds of dollars a month that they would otherwise spend on unused capacity."

Junction Networks' Hosted PBX reseller program allows resellers to purchase its services with no start-up costs, at a discount off direct retail prices, create custom packages and set their own prices for customers, including "per-seat' fees if they so chose. Resellers who are not prepared to meet one of the four commitment levels can purchase individual packages at a discount rate and can scale up at any time. This, along with the ability to customize packages for each client, enables the resellers to more effectively set and control their own profit margins as well as to serve customers with immediate needs and limited investment capital.

The white label program will allow users to re-brand Junction Networks' existing management portal, including graphics and color schemes, by submitting a custom style-sheet to be applied to Junction Networks' functional portal. Resellers who already operate their own communications management portals can integrate all or part of Junction Networks portal through the web services open source API. This includes billing, call detail records and phone number databases

"It is important for resellers to provide as seamless a package as possible to their customers," Wolpov said. "Junction Networks' white label program web services API give them the opportunity to further develop and maintain their brands by offering a management portal and user interface that appears as if they built and designed it themselves."

Cleves is a natural choice to lead Junction Networks Hosted PBX reseller program. He was previously the head of sales and marketing for Broadband Properties, the leading source of information on digital and broadband technologies in the fiber-to-home area. He has also worked as a technology manager for GenSage, inc. a genomics company, and InterPort Communications, a New York-based ISP, where he was manager of dedicated sales.

"Tim is a natural fit for our team as experience is a major differentiator for Junction Networks," Wolpov said. "The leadership team at Junction Networks is made up of industry veterans of who posses an extensive base of technical knowledge and truly appreciate the importance of developing new applications that can help customers better meet their business goals."
