Dating Outdated? Relationship Coach Offers Break Up Advice in Time For Summer Flings

In a recent interview, a successful relationship author and coach recalls how a string of failed relationships ultimately led her to her passion profession and how she's now an advocate for those going through breakups of their own.

Mount Jackson, VA (PRWEB) May 25, 2007 -- Getting over a breakup doesn't have to be all pain and anguish. With a focus on lessons learned and moving on, men and women have real opportunities for insight and growth after a breakup.

"Ultimately, the most important relationship you have is with yourself. The relationship with yourself affects every other relationship that you have. When you can get yourself to a happy, healthy, whole experience in life, that's what you are going to attract on all levels. Not just love, but friendship, opportunity and jobs. When you create that healthy, nurturing self-love, the world is open to you and anything is possible," says author Lisa Steadman, who was recently interviewed on The Inside Romance Success Show.

Lisa Steadman, a.k.a. The Relationship Journalist™, experienced her fair share of failed relationships due to her own unhealthy self-image. Learning from those failures, she shifted her view of what she wanted for herself, and moved forward. She is the author of "It's a Breakup, Not a Breakdown".

Through her experiences, Steadman developed tools and tips to guide others through the pain, despair and mourning of an emotional breakup. During her interview, she explained the empowering techniques used to bring others through the process of recovery to create a healthy, happy, whole life.

In her interview she emphasized these points:
-rebuilding, and strengthening the relationship with yourself
-taking the focus off the other person and their healing/recovery
-focusing on yourself to begin healing
-breaking up with the wrong person is always the right thing to do

Steadman is passionate about helping people move on to create lives they love.

You can hear her interview on Inside Success Radio, the most talked about internet talk show, earning its reputation for quality interviews with the best-known experts of many fields. Each interview provides practical tips, strategies, and secrets direct from the masters.
